In order to provide an overview of the Authority's performance the Summary's focus on key measures, including false alarms, deliberate fires, injuries from fires and other incident types including Road Traffic Collisions. In addition the Performance Summary also includes data relating to calls received and challenged by Control.
Updated versions of the Performance Summary are published at the end of each quarter.
